Dalrada Financial Corporation (OTCQB: DFCO) announced today that its climate technology subsidiary, Dalrada Technology Spain, has entered into an agreement with JBS Consulting, a Paris-based distributor, to build and install up to 2,300 commercial-grade, energy-efficient heat pumps over the next five years.
The partnership between Dalrada and JBS Consulting will feature Dalrada’s heat pumps as the centerpiece, providing decarbonized heating and cooling without the burning of fossil fuels. These sustainable energy solutions have the ability to reduce energy consumption by up to 75%, making them an ideal replacement for existing water heaters, steam boilers, chillers, and cooling towers.
The agreement with JBS Consulting marks a significant milestone for Dalrada as it expands its presence in the European market, specifically in France and select neighboring countries. JBS Consulting will be the exclusive distributor of Dalrada heat pumps in this region. The partnership also opens up the potential for Dalrada to establish a building and manufacturing center for its heat pumps in France.

Under the agreement, JBS Consulting plans to install at least 150 heat pumps within the first year, with an increasing number of machines installed each subsequent year. By the fifth year of the partnership, JBS Consulting aims to have up to 800 heat pumps installed and operational.
To solidify the partnership, Dalrada’s climate technology team and representatives from JBS Consulting will meet in late September to discuss the project in detail. They will create an official schedule for building, shipping, and installing the heat pumps for JBS Consulting’s clients.
This new collaboration with JBS Consulting follows Dalrada’s recent expansion efforts in Morocco, where the company has established a presence and reached an agreement with a global distributor to build and install up to 4,500 heat pumps.
